      <description>You would need an internet connection in order to sync tracks offline onto your device - So yes, Wi-Fi would be needed in order to set Spotify up and to sync offline tracks for you to take on the go. You'd also need to go online at least once every 30 days in order to confirm that you still have an active subscription. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
