hello,

i use the family account with an ipad. i want to change the user.

the only way i found in the app is to sign out and sign in again. this needs some klicks and i have to write my user name every time again. this isn´t very comfortable.

are there an easyer way to change the user?

Hey there @dakinga!

Welcome to the community! Unfortunately, the Spotify Experience is intended for a single user, which does mean that you need to sign in and out every time that you change accounts. The logic behind that is that there should only be one account per user, so the design team felt that it wouldn't really be an issue.

I recommend checking out the Ideas Exchange to see if there is a similar idea or if you can present it to Spotify to get some votes.

what did you mean with. "present on spotify"? how does this works?

I just meant to say that you can bring the idea up to them to see if they would like to go forward with a similar concept.

Also you could turn it the other way around:

the Ipad is not a device that is intended to be used for multiple users.

Perhaps in the future Apple decides that IOS will be multi user usage but at the moment it isn't and unclear what Apple wants to do...
