Offline Content Being Deleted Randomly

Hi all,

New to the community but I have had spotify for a long time and never had this issue until recently.

Now my issue is that today and a couple other times within the past month or two all of my offline content has been deleted. The content is still "saved", playlists and such, just not available offline. It's getting to be quiet annoying.. I keep my account logged in and there wasnt a new spotify update... no sure whats going on.

I have the same problem. I'm using an iPhone 6 with the latest version of iOS.

The offline content of my playlists are there, however all the offline full albums are gone... I don't know what to do...

Hey guys, can you try going to your Account Settings on Spotify.com, and removing all offline devices, then running a re-sync?

Let us know if you have any further issues with the Available Offline switch turning off after that!

I've reinstalled Spotify on my iPhone w/ rebooting the device. Of course now all offline content was gone (thankfully not the saved albums and playlists).

I've re-downloaded all the offline albums. I'm going to monitor this closely and if it happens again, I'm going to cancel my premium account.

Hi @Arcato, I suggested removing all offline devices from your account as well by going to the Account Settings page, it's been known to resolve offline device glitches such as this.

Well this happened to me again... Real annoying. Have to resync everything again.
