Local files not syncing

I have premium and using the desktop app with my local files in it, but it wont sync to my iphone 6. It just shows "local files" with 0 songs even though i have 19. I clicked the available offline buttion and the green arrow button but it still isn't showing up. The green arrow button appears and after i press it on my iphone and do something else, it disappers again and i gotta press it again but still it wont sync.

Im trying to play this on my ps4; local files but this is turning out to be a darn nightmare.

Local files are what the name implies - local. You cannot sync them via Spotify.

Spotify on PS4 doesn't have the ability to stream or download local music files. Only mobile devices and desktop devices can.
