Bottom menu bar missing

Hi everyone,

I am using the spotify app on my iPhone 6s. All my friends using spotify on their iOS devices have the menu bar shown at the bottom of the screen. On my device, I have to go back to the very left until it shows me the menu bar on the left side.

I have restarted my device several time, updated the app and the iOS software and reinstalled the app after every update.

When I log in with a friend's account the menu bar is shown on the bottom.

It's probably a problem with my account. I hope that someone can help me out.

This is not a issue/problem, it's a new feature which is currently getting unrolled among users.

Don't worry: you will get the new menu in just a matter of time! 🙂

Im using Iphone 8+ and I've got the same spotify setup, but I understand its a new update, I just don't understand how to navigate it, how do I get the menu bar to show up?

Hey I have the bottom menu, but it has started to disappear when I’m in search mode. I usually have to close Spotify completely and restart to get the menu to reappear. What is happening and how can I solve this?
