Is this issue happening for you on wifi or mobile data?<BR /><BR />If it's happening on mobile data, are you able to check under Settings &gt; scroll down to Spotify &gt; check if Mobile/Cellular data is toggled on?<BR /><BR />If it is, can you check for us if you can navigate to <A href="http://www.spotify.com" target="_blank">www.spotify.com</A> in Safari?<BR /><BR />Let us know how it goes!
