Is this issue happening for you on wifi or mobile data?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it's happening on mobile data, are you able to check under Settings &amp;gt; scroll down to Spotify &amp;gt; check if Mobile/Cellular data is toggled on?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it is, can you check for us if you can navigate to &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.spotify.com&lt;/A&gt; in Safari?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how it goes!</description>
