Spotify Premium on iPhone

On 10/4/2016, I made a Spotify account so I get Spotify premium for 7 days.

The only time I can listen to my playlist is if I'm connected to wifi and it will only let me "shuffle play."

i tried download my playlist so I can listen to it offline but it says that that's a Spotify premium feature.

I get to try out Spotify premium for 7 days, yet I don't get to try out the premium features.

What can I Do? Every day that passes goes by free trial.

Hey @dollface06,

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
