You're Offline

I am going to cancel my subscription. I am on strong wireless and only message I get is "You're Offline"

The troubleshooting is worthless

I dont want to pay 10 dollars a month and not be able to contact anyone.

How much is Apple Music? I am about to find out..

Make sure you are allowing Spotify over celluar, if you are on celluar.

Also, go to the app's settings, and make sure "Go offine" is off.

Ok, so first go to "your library" in Spotify.
Then click the setting icon in the top right corner.
Go to "Playback" and make sure "Go Offline" is off.

If you are on cellular, go to the settings app, click on cellular, and scroll down to "Spotify" and make sure Spotify is on.

Finally, if you are not using premium, you cannot use Spotify without WiFi (not cellular, WiFi).
