FIrewall disabled/allowed spotify</P><P>2. Phone has 38GB remaining</P><P>3. Both PC and iPhone playlist downloaded for offline</P><P>4. Same WiFi</P><P>5. Offline mode on both PC and iPhone</P><P>My PC recognizes my iPhone and my iPhone is recognizing my PC yet some local files still fail to sync.
