Hi just want to know what the download button is for in my playlist do I need to have it on what happens if I do turn it on, do I get charged for anything or do i need to download my playlist for any reason.

Hey there!

So the download button is a feature for all Spotify Premium users. It allows them to listen to their playlists while offline (without wifi or data). So to answer your questions no you do not need it on and if you click it they will not charge you. If you do click on it a message will pop open asking you if you wan't to have Spotify Premium.
