Hey, I just recently got a new phone and obviously installed Spotify on it as it's my default, go-to music app. But when I went to play songs on it, I noticed that my local files (which work fine on my laptop) are greyed out on my IPhone. I had the same issue with my old phone, but seemed to be able to fix it by reinstalling the app on my phone, and making sure the laptop and phone were on the same wifi network. These things don't seem to be working on my new phone.

This sounds as though you've created a duplicate cache of your offline devices.

To check this, can you go here and reset your offline devices? Can you then re-sync your local files once more and let me know if this works this time?

mean by "re-sync" :') I'm sorry, I'm very lost

By re-sync, I meant download your songs again for offline use. 🙂
