if I turn off my iPhone, I can not hear the downloaded music offline. He says "The track has not been downloaded. Go online" Why?

Hey there,

It sounds like your songs have not been successfully downloaded for offline use.

The best way to fix this would be for you to reset your offline devices by removing them from here. Once you've done this, please perform a clean reinstallation of the app by following the exact steps outlined here. Then download your songs again for offline use.

Hi!

I may have solved the problem. Every time I finished downloading, was
moving the green slider to off. That way, when I turned off the phone I
lost the download. Now I always keep active and the problem seems solved!

To keep them downloaded, the Download button should be toggled on all the time 😄
