Im trying to change my password for my account due to forgetting what it was. Try and go and change it, this comes up?! Can anyone help?

If you have only attempted this once I can recommend two options that may help you.

1. Type into your search engine "Spotify forgot password"

Then click onto the first link that shows up: https://www.spotify.com/uk/password-reset/

retype in your email

check your inbox or spam for the email that provides you with the link to 'reset your password' and then it should hopefully work the next time round.

2. If this does not end up working again, then visit the website https://support.spotify.com/uk/?utm_source=www.spotify.com&utm_medium=www_footer

Look under the title of 'Top Solutions' and select the option of problems logging in.

There you will be able to find more help but if nothing works then the best option is to contact Spotify and tell them about your problem which they can help solve.
