My offer does not work

Spotify offered me a three month trial of Spotify premium for 0,99$ (9kr) and I of course could not decline the offer and gave them the 0,99$ (9kr) but now it says that I already had an offer of thirty days two years ago. So why did Spotify send me this offer if I could not take it! They should have had a stop in the programming so that I could not have paid! Now I lost 0.99$ (9kr) for no reason! I mean it is not much money but it is still money! And I am a student att 17 and do not have the largest amount of money. And know I will not even know when it switches back to the full price, which means I will have to pay 99kr for nothing!!!

if you let them know as much as you can about your problem, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP ^-^
