App crashes just after I open it

I've got an iPhone SE with iOS 10.1.1 and I basically can't open Spotify because it crashes everytime I try to open it.
I've already tried closing the app from all devices, changing iPhone region and then changing it again to where I live (Argentina), re-download the app... Nothing worked.
Does anybody has any solution?

Hey @azulcelada,

Try:

1. Uninstall Spotify

2. Reset your iPhone by holding the home + power button until it shuts off

3. Install Spotify

4. Open Spotify again

I'm having the exact same problem, but the app crashes only when i'm at home. i can be on wifi anywhere else and it will work. hopefully someone has the solution

I've contacted Spotify telling them my problem and they found the solution! I had problems because my e-mail was linked to 2 different Spotify accounts so it crashed the app. I recommend you to do the same, maybe you have a kind of problem that it's out of your hands like mine! They answered me and found the solution very quickly and they were really friendly. Hope you can solve your problem too!

This happens to me too. I'm cancelling my account. It's been over a month of paying for something that's not working.
Plus I really would like to call or email someone for help rather than go through this community thing.
