Turn off shuffle function

Hi,

I have a premium family account and am not able to turn off the shuffle function. I cannot choose a song or listen in album order. When pressing the green double arrow symbol to turn shuffle function off the attached window appears. Translated to English; "Play directly? Choose any song you want. Free number of song changes" There is no OK button to press only Close which doesn't turn off Shuffle.

Pls help, I'm going mad 🙂

Hi @lindah500, welcome to the community.

Here's what to try if you're Premium but don't see it in the app.

Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
