Song keeps changing

Randomly when I use my spotify account the song changes from what I am playing to a random song I have never heard before, and a little screen pops up that says "Continue playing on iPhone" which leads me to believe someone else is logged into my account and is changing my music. But I have not given my password out to anyone so it has to be a security issue from Spotify's end. I have a premium account and do not appreciate this random change of music. How can I make it stop. I've already changed my password and it still hasnt.

This happend to me also this week. You need to change your password, log out all devices and remove all offline devices. You can do this from the spotify.com/account website.

Someone else was listening when I opened Spotify on my phone. I immediately changed my facebook account cause I thought they got acces through that. But I forgot that I originally had a Spotify account without facebook link and that was using a very simple old password. I then followed the steps above. I will monitor my account and 'recently played' list for anything strange in the coming days.
