When ever I try to log in on my iOS phone it says that I have already created a account with this email even though I'm just typing in my username and even when I try my email it says the same thing

Please try logging in with your username (Not your email address!) and password.

Can you try logging into the Spotify app on another device?

Also, please make sure that you're trying to log in with the username that's stated on https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/
