&lt;P&gt;Well seems to me, that you have two accounts!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please, answer the following:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you Premium?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried reinstalling or signing out and in?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Can you see your playlists in either play.spotify.com or Spotify client?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How do you log in to Spotify's website/desktop/mac client? With Facebook or an e-mail?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could be logging to Spotify with the wrong account, please check your e-mail to check if you have any Spotify mail &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi. Yes I am premium, I have the family premium plan. Yes I have tried to&lt;BR /&gt;log in and out of my account. My playlists aren't what's missing, it's just&lt;BR /&gt;all the songs I've saved. I opened the Spotify app and I had no songs&lt;BR /&gt;saved, and I still have no songs saved. I long onto Spotify with an email.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
