I have tried for serveral months to Get The new UI update all my friends have (i have it on 2 other phones) but i wont come on my new iPhone 7 plus or my old 6s plus.

But i have other friends that have The new update on 6s/7plus. I really like The new UI and want it on my main phone too

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
