So in last weeks discover weekly, I downloaded all the songs to listen to offline, now that the playlist changed this monday, I have no way I can find them and was wondering if there was a solution

Sadly, this playlist is ran by Spotify, which makes it essentially impossible. Those types of playlists constantly cycle through songs and do not save past versions. You could try contacting the actual moderators of the playlist, but that's a long shot. Sorry about that!
