Hi There I have an ipod touch but am uncertain how to check space on it I have 38.79GB space free on my ipod

Dumb questions is GB or MB bigger sorry maybe that is my issue

The space is enough for Spotify.

Can you make sure you have the latest software on your iPod Touch, both iOS and Spotify version?

If you have the latest versions can you post your system information? iOS and app version.

Gave up still not working can only too on my iphone and laptop
