Spotify app not visible

I am trying Spotify for the first time on the free subscription for one week. I have an iphone 7. I have downloaded the app from the App Store and I'm enjoying it so far except for one very annoying detail.
The Spotify app is not visible on home screen. Nor is it in recent app purchases.
It's definitely downloaded as I can use it by double clicking the home button to find recent used apps.
I have tried the obvious rebooting.
Amy ideas?

This issue wouldn't be Spotify's fault, and is probably an issue/glitch in the Operating System. The most obvious suggestion I can make is to delete the app and download it again, and if that doesn't work, than check to see if you haven't misplaced the app in a different folder.

If you use folders to organise your apps, than go into the search bar and type 'Spotify'.It should show the app, and which folder it is in. If it's not there, then I suggest checking the 'Storage' function on the Settings App. Check to see if Spotify is there, and if it's not there, than the best you can do is to ask on the Apple forums, because it's most likely a bug in the OS.
