iOS App does not work proberly compared to Android

I am using the Spotify App on my IPad Air for a few weeks now, but always having two issues:

1) Most of the time when I am scrolling through, lets say, new Music or recommended stuff, the Album Covers stay grey and it takes between 10 and 30 seconds till the real Album Cover appears.

2) using the Spotify Connect option with my Sonos is quite annoying because the App did not see my Sonos at all or it quits playing after a while.

The same issue with my Chromecast Audio...

Of course, I have deleted the App several times but with no success...

But now the most interesting fact:

today it came in my mind: why not testing the App with my Android Phone and what should I say: NONE of the issues that I have mentioned above.

I cant even scroll as fast as the Album Covers appear and the music is playing on my Sonos as soon as I press the button...
