Sound Not Working iPhone 4

Hi, the sound doesnt work on my moms iPhone 4. The song plays but no sound. It has worked a year ago and she hasnt used spotify since then. I have updated her phone and downloaded the latest version of Spotify. Still no sound. Any suggestions on what to try next?

Hi Maxim,
Its 6.8.0.3786 for Spotify and 9.3.5(13G36) for Iphone.

Are you sure about that? The latest (and last) iOS version for the iPhone 4 is 7.1.2 so I don't think that it's possible that your iPhone 4 runs on iOS 9.3.5.

The iPhone 4 is also not supported by Spotify anymore: https://support.spotify.com/article/spotify-system-requirements/

I thought so but you are probably right I think it might be an iPhone 4s. Could that be possible given the IOS it runs?
