Data use without streaming

High.
With an iPhone 7, i listen to downloaded playlists during work path.
I discovered that Spotify still using data in background (100 mo this morning in 40 mn).
Each time I open the app, even if I don't play music, it begins to uses datas.
I checked all the options before posting.
I reinstalled the app et re-uploaded the playlist without improvement.
My playlists are downloading with wifi at home.
I hope Spotify will fix this quickly, otherwise I should switch to an other solution (apple/Deezer) to be able ton control my data use.
I honestly think this is a basic fonction for this kind of service, competitors doesn't have this problem.
I love Spotify and I'd like to stay, but seriously this kind of problem is not admissible.

Hi Bribou

Which iOS do you have on your phone? In the settings on your iPhone if you go to 'Cellular' you will se a list of all your apps and you can select which ones you use cellular data for. Simply find Spotify in the list and turn the switch off. This will prevent Spotify from using data.

I knew this option and you re right, it can help to prevent use of data.
Good to share.
However, I d like Spotify to answer too, and assure a standard fonction that we pay for each month.
