Just updated to Spotify version 7.5.0 on iPhone and can no longer access the list of tracks that I've got queued, and no longer tells you how many tracks you have in the queue either.

Hey there @scofo76!

That's weird, I can still see the queue on my iPhone

Maybe try a clean reinstall and see if this helps, This usually fixes most problems 🙂

Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache 🙂

Does this solve the issue?
