Volume changing when switching apps

So everytime I listen to music on my iPhone 6s on Spotify and open another app (eg. Hearthstone, Pokemon Go etc.) the volume goes down a lot. It goes down so much it's not enough on max on my headphones and when i switch back to Spotify or my messages or whatever the volume goes back up and it's so loud it kills my ears. I've tried all the settings and they don't help. It's not just annoying, it's destroying my ears.

Hey! It's not Spotify fault, it's all that Pokemon GO app. It does that on purpose, don't know why.

Nope. Not just pokemon go but all "heavier" apps like games
