An error while using internet related things

An error occured message occurs when i try to use anything that needs internet connection while having internet connection available. Im paying for premium and thats not really okay.

Hey @Pecinko

Have you tried restarting your iOS device? Also, do all your other apps work fine with this same internet connection? Also are you connected to any VPNs or anything that could interfere with the connection?

Hey there,
Everything works fine besides the spotify app. There arent any VPNs of any sort and restarting the device does not help.

Update: Try singing out and then back in first, if that doesn't work, try the reinstall.

I can't think of anything else to try other than to delete the Spotify app and then reinstall it. Try a reinstall and let me know if that helps. You will have to reconfigure any settings in the settings section after the reinstall.
