Images doesn't load

I have a premium account in spotify and since I singed up as a premium member the images of every song I hear doesn't load. What I mean is, I am paying for a service and I expect it to work as perfect as possible. If you don't solve this problem I will stop paying for your service as the song's images doesn't load.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

The app developers are aware of this and it should be fixed soon.

There is currently no exact ETA when the update will come.

I have the same problem, at first with some covers. Then I thought a reinstall would help but now there are no covers at all. That's realy annoying.

Version 2.1 is now out! All album art bugs should be fixed including the display of album art for local files.

Could you give us a bit more info about your device and which images exactly don't load for you:

Device model and OS version
Spotify Version
Are you talking about the Cover Art on local files?

It'd also be very helpful if you could attach some screenshots to your next reply.

I have a macbook air with majave 10.14.6 and the latest version of spotify, updated a few minutes ago.

The problem is the gallery of images in each artist's profile. The first image loads but the arrows don't work to pass to the other images.

Thanks for letting us know that.

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

Additionally, would you mind trying it with a different internet connection to check if the issue persists?

If the steps above don't help you can take a look at our Ongoing issue about this here. You can give the workaround a try until we come out with a fix.
