Are you able to try loading it over mobile data instead of wifi and see if that works?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if that doesn't work, try uninstalling/reinstalling the app and see how that goes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how you get on!</description>
