Spotify Shuts Down

Hello everyone! I dont know if this place that i'm writing is true or not but, i can not reach any techinal support so decided to write this section on the site.
I need to ask you that, in spotify whenever i enter artist's songs section programme automatically shuts down. Has anyone got same problem?
Can anyone help me to solving that?
It was not happening before, nowadays it occurs..
