Local files added to Spotify show up on desktop client, but some won't sync to mobile after download

Hey guys, I'm new so I am very lost on some of the specifics of spotify. I wanted to add my local files from iTunes to spotify and sync them to my iPhone, but when I download them into the mobile app, Most will show up, and be able to play, but there are some that are greyed out. They are very random, the ones that will not add. Also as a little side question, When I go to my playlists from iTunes I've added, I have the option to view all music that was added, but when I play through this list of songs, it doesn't play the one I clicked but a random one through shuffle. I'm not as concerned about this but it's just an annoying thing,

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using?

Also, have you tried to reinstall both devices? Just follow these steps.
