Spotify connect not connecting

Ok so this problem has been going on recently for the past couple of days. Whenever i'm playing on my PS4, and I try to connect my phone with spotify connect, all it says is "connecting" and it never connects after a good 10 seconds. I went to my PC to see if it has the same issue and it does. What's up with spotify connect?

I am having the same problem with the latest Apple ios 10.3.1 upgrade.

Is this a Spotify problem? Is there a solution?

Having the same problem here! If I try selecting the PS4 from the menu, it doesn't even try connecting now. I've restarted everything a couple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app on all devices, disconnected and reconnected the account, everything I can think of.

Yeah it looks like Spotify knows the issue and they're working on it based on what Max said. Hopefully they fix it soon it's a bit of an annoyance.

As far as I know, the right team at Spotify is still looking into this issue.
