Not Receiving Any Push Notifications

I used to receive push notifications for new releases from artists I followed, but for a while now this has not been the case. I've activated "New Music" notifications in Spotify's settings as well as Banner notifications for Spotify in the iOS settings.

As I said, in the past this was never an issue, I've received a handful of notifications every week and it's been working great. But for a while now, notifications have stopped completely.

This is quite frustrating as I feel like I'm missing out on a lot of new music.

Sorry to hear about this.

Spotify is no longer sending notifications for every new release. If you're opted into New Music email notifications, you should receive one email a week that highlights new releases from the artists you follow alongside a link to your Release Radar playlist. Release Radar is a Spotify generated playlist to see all new releases from the artists you follow. You can find this playlist by going to the Discover section in Browse.
