iOS 10 Lockscreen / Control Center not allowing scrubbing

I've only been using Spotify for a couple of days, but I swear this has worked at least once. Right now I'm unable to scrub through a track from either the lock screen or Control Center.

I experimented with Spotify Connect a little bit the first day of using the app, but now I'm only connected to my Bluetooth headphones. Any idea why this is happening? I have a premium account, and have tried uninstalling / reinstalling / restarting to no avail.

Spotify doesn't currently support scubbing via the lock screen or control center.

It seems like this was added in the latest update, which is awesome.
