Syncing local files when reinstalling Spotify App on iOS

Has anyone had any issues syncing local files from iTunes/My Music when you get a new phone and the Spotify app is downloaded again? I had all my local files synced on my iPhone perfectly and when I got a new phone and made all my playlists available offline, the local files did not sync properly. Some of them looked to be just fine, but when I select the song to play, it's mute.

Can you check the info over here? Also, make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
