Not Playing Certain Songs

Hi, my Spotify account will not play certain songs. When I tap on them, they will play for about 5 seconds, then cut out. I try to go back and play them again, but now when I click on them, it just sits at 0:00 forever. Those songs also will not download onto my phone when I attempt to download them. So far it has happened with Biking by Frank Ocean and Maria la O by Ry Cooder. I have tried reinstalling the app, but the same thing happens. I have an Iphone 6s that is fully up to date, along with the Spotify app. I played the song on my computer and it played fine.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

That's odd. In this case, can you send us the Spotify URI? Just right-click the track > Share > URI. Also, are you getting any error messages? If so, a screenshot would be super helpful.

We'll take a closer look.
