Web player insists on using an iOS device.

OK I get hometoday and head to my study room and try turning on spotify on my browser. No music. Its trying to play to my iPad which is on the 2nd floor. I have no way to change devices, no option other than walk up 2 flights of stairs?

I went to my account and logged myself out of the "all devices" option but nothing has changed. Spotify is loosing me as a client really fast. First the web player dumbed down features now this. What am I missing or is this working as intended?

no change to the options offered me. I dot have any time to figure it out, maybe ill work on it later or maybe ill just listen to pandora.
