Before I upgraded the app worked fine, now that they're stealing my money I can play about fifteen seconds of music before the app crashes. I'll admit, my iPhone is the smallest iPhone 5 available and as such I don't have enough memory for an up to date iOS, but if that was the problem wouldn't it have crashed even before I upgraded? Then, to top it all off it seems like there is NO way to connect with the people at Spotify themselves. Every time I think Imm getting close to a link to talk to a person who works there I get redirected to this community where there are no answers. It seems like every one of the posts on here regarding the app crashing just has a long list of people saying "I have the same problem" with no solutions offered.<BR /><BR />I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, that didn't help. Can anybody out there help me with this? Or at least tell me how to get a refund and cancel my subscription?
