Devices Menu disappeared on iOS

There's no devices menu when I open an app. I can reach them via the Control Center and then they appear in the app. iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.3.1, Spotify version 8.4.0.623

What could be an issue? Already restarted the phone, the speaker and the WiFi router and reinstalled the app – didn't help.

The problem is solved by logging out of the account and restarting the iPhone. Thanks to the Spotify Support.

this is kinda strange but devices menu disappeared AGAIN from the bottom of the screen and I can access my speaker or AirPods only via the control center.
why is this happening???
i also noticed, that devices menu appears when the Spotify app is working on my Mac.
