offline music i've downloaded keeps getting Undownloaded. I have only 2 offline devices, both iphones 4s. I'm getting really annoyed, I live on a place with no good wifi so I really need this feature working fine, and it should be since I've a premium subscription. Can anyone help? Im thinking bout cancelling my premium. Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. We'd like to help.

In this case, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES. This will remove all downloaded music from the device.
Reinstall the app. Here's how.
Save your offline tracks again.
