Local Files Problem

I've created a playlist with my locas files but i can not play them on my iPhone. I can only play them on my computer and the playlist does appear on the iPhone but when i click there are no songs. It says "Would you like to add songs to this playlist?"

Can you check the info over here? Also, make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
