Spotify premium not working

Hey guys, sorry for my English, I'm Italian.
I payd for the 3 monts for 99 cents offer, the payment was successfull, I receveid a mail saying that everything was ok, if I log in on the website it says that my subscription is ok, but if i use the app it works just like I dont't have a premium subscription and if I check my profile om the app it says that I have a free account.
So what's happening?
Can you please help me?
I need to listen t' si scurdat'e me 6 times in a raw.

Problem solved I chatted wit the assistence team and now everything is working thanks guys have a good day
