Problems with headphones

Hello !! I really wanna know if I'm the only person that have this problem.

Every time I put my headphones Spotify gets crazy and passes the song alone or stops the music. It's very annoyng thing because I can't listen to my music as I want.

So if anyone have this problems or know how to fix it, please let me know.

Hello !! Thanks for try to help my but yes, I have changed the headphones and reset the iPhone a couple of tymes but the problem continue to happen.

Also today I got a spotify mail saying that I had to update the data on the card !! The rarest of all is that I never change it !! Do you think this can have a relationship ??

I don't think those issues are related to each other. Could you try this with a different app? Does this happen with that app as well? Let me know how you get on! 🙂

Hi there! Maybe try restarting your device or using another pair of headphones. I can't think of any reasons that the Spotify app may not be working with them.

Hello, is not the earphones. I have the same problem and i have been trying with different apps and everything goes good, but when i do the same with Spotify, it starts to loose the control and start to play,pause,stop,foward,play (in a messy way).

It is a bug in the spotify app with iPhone 7 (i have iPhone 7) maybe it is for all cellphones Apple.

I just got a new phone and having the same issue. Thought it was my old phone but having the new phone rules that out. Only happens when I plug headphones in. I have wireless ones and it doen't happen so something to do with the headesets that plug in. Really inconvienient sometimes.

Hey! I’ve got the same problem. Can’t listen to Spotify when I’m moving, like the gym for example, cos it’s messing with pause, play and next song every movement. I’ve got an iPhone 6.

Hi,

i have a similar issue. I run Spotify on an iPhone 6. I previously used some wireless earphones while at the gym and would find that the songs would skip, very much like you would be too far from the phone. At the time, I thought this was due to the fact that the earphones were a cheap pair. I have just been gifted some Apple AirPods and the problem starts again. It seems fine for a few tracks and then it starts skipping. I swapped to Apple Music while the earphones were skipping and sure enough the sound is absolutely fine, no skipping on Apple Music at all.

Any clue?
