Download songs

Hi,

I am Premium user. I try to download some songs/albums to listen them offline, but in many cases I got message "my storage is full", however I can download other songs, and my storage has capacity and I have not reached the maximum number of songs offline. I re-installed already the apps, but the same is happening in case of fully empty storage.

Please advise how to proceed it.

Hi!

As i understood, you're a Android user. Have you tried to change saving storage in settings for your songs?

I am android and ios user, too. I have the same experience on both devices.

So you can't download some songs and some can? These songs are same or each time different?
