Have you tried deleting the Spotify app and downloading it again? That's gotta work

Can you make sure you're logging into the correct account? There's a chance you might be logging into a Free account. If you're still having issues, let us know so we can help out.

In what way it doesn't work? Are you still hearing ads in the middle of your song? Can you try logging in to your Spotify account and check if your account is in Premium?
