Premium user switch from android to iphone

I have been a premium user for years. I recently switched from android to iphone. I downloaded spotify on ios and logged in. I am being solicited to Get premium, which is strange considering my account is payed for premium. Further, none of my playlists are available. I opened spotify on my computer, connected to the same Wifi as my phone in order to attempt to Sync my phone spotify to my computer's. My phone is not appearing as one of my devices on my computer spotify appliction. I tried restarting the apps on both devices. When I log into my premium account on my iphone, i don't seem to have premium access.

I suspect that this is all normal and I'm just missing some sort of proprietary hurdle I didn't foresee.

Hey @AnimalTk,

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.
