Quoting and to your private message:

Hi Julian, Thanks for your help with my vacant download folder. I have looked in the album/artist, but I don't know what I am look for, there is nothing that says downloads. The songs/albums I have downloaded all have the green arrow next to them, but I don't know where they have downloaded to??

The green arrow next to them means you can listen to them offline. Just tap on one of them when you are offline and you can enjoy your music!

If you mean you want to find a folder on your phone to see the specific files/albums that have been downloaded, then you can't.
