Hi,

There is no Download folder in my library on my iphone app, how do I get this? I have 'downloaded' albums and the green arrow shows, but I do not know where the album has been saved??

I have a Premium account, all other users can download & see the download folder and play their music with no problems.

Hope someone can help. Thanks in Advance

Hey @ZRM17!

Please try heading to Your Music (or Your Library) and then look for Albums, Songs or Artists and let me know if you can find it!

Try opening Songs, Albums or Artists 🙂

The green arrow next to them means you can listen to them offline. Just tap on one of them when you are offline and you can enjoy your music!

If you mean you want to find a folder on your phone to see the specific files/albums that have been downloaded, then you can't.
