    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey, Vikstroom!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That certainly does sound a little odd, let's try a few troubleshooting ideas before we go any further &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Firstly, have you tried closing the app and restarting it? To completely close the app, double tap the home button and swipe up/down Spotify so it no longer appears in your active apps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, are you connected to WiFi or are you trying this over cellular? If you're connected to WiFi, it could be your network's firewall preventing access to Spotify's servers. If this is the case, probably best we try using cellular just to login&amp;nbsp;or see if you can disable the firewall momentarily/allow access to Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Finally, if all else has failed so far, let's try a fresh installation of the app. Just uninstall the app by holding down on it, click the 'x' to remove it and then reinstall it from the app store &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it goes,&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>When i'm opening the app it says "get an account" or "log in". It doesn't matter how many times i push both of the buttons. I can't get access.</description>

Yeah, I'm not English.
